The People Behind LUX365
Andrew Edger, Director
Andrew Edger is CFO and Company Director of LUX365. Currently he is also OSRAM Cluster CFO for North Europe covering the UK, Nordics, and Russia/CIS. Previously with OSRAM he has held regional CFO roles in Central and Eastern Europe providing financial management leadership for OSRAM's growing sales, production and distribution operations in the region. Andrew is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having trained with Price Waterhouse in London, and has an MBA from the Henley Business School.
Mark Gee, General Manager
Mark spent 14 years at GE Lighting in senior positions in Sales, Product Management, Pricing and Marketing. In 2004 he left the lighting industry and joined Memorex as Sales & Marketing Director EMEA. Mark founded the lighting eCommerce business Lampspecs in 2006 which he ran and grew profitably until he sold it in summer 2016. Mark joined OSRAM in September 2016 as eCommerce Business Development Manager. In March 2018, Mark joined the LUX365 team as General Manager. Mark brings over 26 years of lighting, eCommerce and management expertise to LUX365.
Mike Walls, Operations Manager
Mike Walls is the Distribution / Supply Chain Manager at LUX365. He has gained 37 years of experience working in the Distribution / Logistics sector. His previous role was that of Operations Director for LEDHUT who were one of the biggest online retailers of led lighting. Mike has gained a wealth of knowledge over the years having worked for some of the major blue chip companies such as Wincanton, H.J.Heinz, Fowler Welch and Christian Salvasen. Mike has been responsible for for some of the largest distribution centers in the UK with stock holdings of 90,000 pallets and has been involved in 5 start up operations.
Chris Pedley, Warehouse Manager
Chris Pedley is the Warehouse Manager at LUX365 and has responsibility for all goods coming in and going out of the warehouse. In addition he holds the role of Health & Safety and Compliance Manager, ensuring the business is compliant in all areas. Prior to joining LUX365, Chris was Warehouse Shift manager at LEDHUT, and before this he was the National Health & Safety Manager for ARROW XL, a nationwide two-man delivery operation
Tracy Hayes, Senior Sales Executive
Tracy Hayes is part of the sales team at LUX365 with 10 years experience in the lighting industry working at Honeywell (Ex-Or). She is very enthusiastic about lighting systems and has a number of industry recognised qualifications. She brings additional strength to the team with her experience in various related sales systems & key account management. She has also covered various roles to provide the best outcome for the customers needs being very experienced in customer service she is very keen to make the new business a great success.
Steve Evans, Regional Business Development Manager
Steve Evans is the Regional Business Development Manager at LUX365. With a passion for acquiring and delivering new business opportunities and an existing established strong network of clients, Steve joined the team to help build the business model and brings with him ten years' experience within the Lighting Industry. Steve's experience, reliability, and professionalism coupled with his ability, gives customers the confidence in him to help drive projects forward. He is massively ambitious and hungry for success.
Colin Holce, Accounts Manager
Colin Holce is a professional qualified entrepreneurial Chartered Management Accountant who has worked in multiple business sectors over 40 years with a proven track record. Prior to his recent appointment he has many years experience in the lighting industry with Ex-Or a high end player in the business and aspired to the position of Finance Director. With a good grounding from the grassroots level he is easily able to adapt to any challenge and is results driven. He has joined the LUX365 team to enhance the Finance function.
Luis Paz, Lead Web Developer
Luis is a Senior Front End Web Developer with over 16 years experience in the business. Started his career back in 2000 as a freelancer, working for small companies and individuals until the year 2006 when he decided to join a web design agency in Valencia, Spain. In there, Luis had the opportunity to work for big clients and learn valuable skills, until 2009 when he decided to move to the UK. While in the UK Luis has held leading roles in a variety of companies, including big names such as JD Sports for almost 3 years.
Besides being a skilled web developer, Luis is also a qualified product photographer, holding an Image Capture Certification from City & Guilds, for which he achieved a distinction.
