Resposibilities

  • Offer informed, technical and professional advice for those who need to migrate from website to the technical helpline
  • Learn in-depth knowledge of the product catalogue
  • Build, maintain and grow relationships with installers, specifiers and end-users in the electrical/lighting industry
  • Fully utilise and maintain an up-to-date summary of selling activities and conversations in the CRM database including sales pipeline, quotes, calendar, customer profile and day-to-day sales activities.
  • Chase down opportunities through to close
  • Proactively call and solicit customers to create opportunities and measurable sales revenue
